100 gramsbreadcrumbs (about 1 cup)
1 pinchsalt
1 teaspoonground pepper and garlic
1/2 headlettuce
6eggs

Mix your rice with the 6 eggs, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, and garlic.

In a pan, add a little oil and brown the rice croquettes gradually.
