For bajra roti mix flour salt and oil, knead dough using warm water. Press the dough on platform and cook on tawa

For brinjal apply oil on the brinjals, cut and put garlic inside it. Cook on gas or airfyer till skin comes apart

Now heat oil, add asofedita, carom seeds, mashed brinjal with garlic, tomato, spice and curd mix well. Cook for 5mts till curd is absorbed

Serve hot bajra roti, odo with jaggery and green onion. Perfecf dinner in winters
