Bean pasta porridge
What can I say , an amazing meal with simple ingredients

Note: brown beans take time to get soft, so what I do is to soak it in water for few hours. Since I am cooking this meal for lunch, I soaked my beans in the morning.
Now is time to start cooking the beans, add a lot of water and onions and let be on heat for 50min till very soft - 2
Parboil the pasta and add to the cooked beans

Add the pepper, fish, salt and seasoning

Add scallion and palm oil.
Mix and allow to cook for 15 - 20 min - 5
