Chop all the veggies. Take ragi and jowar flour in a mixing bowl. Add all the spices and veggies along with fresh coriander and curd. Mix well. Give rest for 5 minutes.

Heat and grease the tawa. Add one ladleful of better and spread it. Apply oil on the edges and let it cook on medium to low flame till it cooks well. Make all pancakes.

Serving Time.. transfer the pancakes in a serving plate along with fresh yoghurt in a bowl garnish with fresh mint leaves. Enjoy nutrition full Ragi jowar veg pancakes.
Tips
Adjust the batter consistency slightly with water or curd for softer pancakes..
