Steps

Firstly cut broccoli pcs into small pcs, keep aside. Fry it in one tbsp oil for 5 minutes, keep aside.

Take a wok, add oil, heat it, in goes tejpatta, dalchini, hing & jeera, let it splutter.

Now add onion, stir fry it until light brown, in goes ginger garlic, saute it until rawness is released.

In goes tomato puree, green chilli paste & salt, mix it well, cook it covered on low flame until oil has oozed out.

Open the lid, increase the flame, add haldi powder, dhania powder & kashmiri red chilli powder, mix it well, sprinkle lil water, stir fry it until oil has surfaced.

Now add garam masala powder & kasoori methi, mix it well, cook it for 30 sec. Add in matar dana & fried broccoli pcs, stir fry it for a minute.

Add in 1 cup hot water (adjustable), mix it well. Give a boil, cook it covered on low flame for 5 minutes.

Turn off the flame, open the lid after 10 minutes. Take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with chopped dhania patta...
