First, cut the bacon into cubes, place them in a skillet, and cook until browned.

When the bacon is golden and crispy, add the chopped onion.

Sauté the onion in the bacon fat, stirring often.

Meanwhile, clean and cut the mushrooms into pieces.

Add the mushrooms to the skillet with the sautéed onion and bacon, season with salt and pepper, and mix well.

After a few minutes, when the mushrooms are slightly wilted and flavorful, pour in the tomato purée, lower the heat, and cook for 10 minutes.

Next, add the heavy cream and cook for another 10 minutes until a creamy sauce forms.

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water, then drain and add it to the skillet with the sauce.

Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley, mix everything well, then remove from the heat and toss with plenty of grated Parmesan cheese.
