It's a Maharashtrian dish usually made on fasting days, but it can be served also as a snack anytime.
Steps

Wash and soak sabudana for 4 to 5 hours

Take soaked sabudana in a mixing bowl. Add grated boiled potato.

Add peanut powder, rajgira flour, chopped coriander leaves, curd, sugar, salt, green chili ginger paste. Mix all ingredients well and make like a dough. Apply some ghee to the dough and keep aside.

Heat frypan on medium heat.

Make 4 to 5 equal size balls. Take one ball flatten it on butter paper or plastic sheet by using some ghee.

Roast on tawa till golden color by applying little ghee.

Make all thalipiths as suggested. Serve hot with curd, sweet pickle, or green chutney.
