Steps

Wash and trim okra.

Boil water in the steamer and steam okra for five mins.

Transfer intp a plate and cool it down.

Heat pan then pour cooking oil.Stir fry garlic and bell pepper.

Then pour all the combine sauce and water.

Let it boil until aromatic.Then off the flame.

Cut okra into half,then pour the sauce on top.
Serve
