Country side authentic and healthy lunch thali.
Steps

Sieve the millet flour.
Add Fresh chutney, coriander and ghee.
Mix well
Now add little water at a time and knead soft dough.
Knead for at least 4-5 minutes. - 2
Make 3 equal portions.
Take one portion and press on a chapati board with dry flour.
Make 6" diameter.
On the other side Heat the tawa. - 3

Place the Rotlo on clay tawa and roast on a high flame.
Flip and Roast till it puffs well.
Let it cool down a little then apply ghee on it.
Make all three. - 5

Serve with french beans subji, Jaggery and masala Buttermilk.
