Wash raw bananas properly. Cut into pieces. Pressure cook for 3-4 whistles.

Peel boiled bananas and grate it when it is hot to get fine pulp. Also roast peanuts, remove skin and grind it to coarse powder.

Add salt to mashed bananas and roll balls of equal size and keep aside.

In a bowl, mix grated coconut, crushed peanuts, chilli ginger paste, coriander, sesame seeds, raisins, garam masala, sugar, lemon juice and salt. Mix it well and prepare stuffing. Make small balls of equal size to stuff.

On a greased hand, flatten the banana ball, place the stuffing ball on it and pack the outer layer carefully with no cracks.

Roll the balls in arrowroot flour and coat them with it.

Heat oil. Deep fry all the pettice at med. flame tii golden yellow.

Enjoy hot pettice with green chutney and ketchup, for fast.
