Ingredients

many
  1. 1 kglemon (near about 16 big lemon)
  2. 1 and half kg sugar
  3. 2 table spoonchilli powder
  4. Salt and black salt as per your taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and wipe lemons.Make small pieces and remove seeds.

  2. 2

    In a jar add lemon pieces and salt.Keep aside for seven days.Mix well in between.

    After seven days When lemon pieces gets tender add in a mixer jar and grind finely.

  4. 4

    Take a big vessel add lemon paste and sugar.Mix well.After two days sugar dissolves completely then add chilli powder and other masala if you want.(Cinnamon powder, cumin powder,)

  5. 5

    Mix well and keep aside for one day.Store into dry glass bottle.
