Steps

Wash and wipe lemons.Make small pieces and remove seeds.

In a jar add lemon pieces and salt.Keep aside for seven days.Mix well in between.

After seven days When lemon pieces gets tender add in a mixer jar and grind finely.

Take a big vessel add lemon paste and sugar.Mix well.After two days sugar dissolves completely then add chilli powder and other masala if you want.(Cinnamon powder, cumin powder,)

Mix well and keep aside for one day.Store into dry glass bottle.
