Sweet Potato, Sabudana Khichadi is a flavorful dish made with soft sago pearls, sweet potatoes, and fresh coriander, seasoned with spices. This delightful khichadi is perfect for a light meal or snack in fasting, offering a unique blend of sweetness and freshness in every bite.
Steps

Peel,wash and grate the sweet potato.
Add the mixture in the water so as not to change the colour.
Wash and Soak the sabudana.
Make other ingredients ready. - 2
Add Ghee in a pan.
Add Cumin seeds, chopped chillies and Curry leaves.
Let everything crackle well.
Now discard the water from grated sweet potato and add the mixture in a pan along with required salt.
Mix well
Now cover the pan and let the Sweet potato cook on a slow flame.
Stir in-between so not to stick at the bottom. - 3
After cooking the sweet potato,add crushed peanut,soaked sabudana, chopped coriander, tomato, sugar, lemon juice and grated ginger.
Mix everything gently.
Cover the pan and let the masala merge well.
Cook for another 2-3 minutes,then switch off the gas. - 4
Serving Time..
Transfer the khichadi in the plate and serve with curd.
Enjoy the delicious farali khichdi on the auspicious occasion of "Maha Shivaratri".
