Crush sago in a mixie jar and make a powder. In the same way crush little Millet and make powder. Then take both powder in a pan, mix curd and add water as required, prepare a batter that is not too thin or too thick. Keep covered for 15 to 20 minutes.

Prepare coconut chutney by adding coconut flakes, chillies, peanuts, ginger, cumin seeds and salt in a mixi jar and crush them.Add water as required and crush again.

Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and curry leaves. Now add this to the prepared coconut chutney and mix well.

Now put oil in the same pan, add cumin seeds, curry leaves, green chillies, add turmeric and add mashed potatoes and mix well, after two minutes turn off the gas and add coriander.

Heat a non-stick pan. When it gets hot, add sprinkles of water and take a small piece of batter and spread it. When the bottom layer is crispy, golden in color, put a little dosa masala vegetable on top.

Now fold the dosa and take it out on a serving plate and serve it with coconut chutney. So the delicious farali dhoso is ready.
