Take a grinder jar add sabudana and samak rice and grin it into a fine powder. Remove in a bowl.

Take a bowl add grounded sabudana and sama rice powder, curd, grated ginger, chopped green chilies, grated carrots, chopped coriander leaves, oil, sendha namak, mix it with little water and make a thick batter. Keep aside for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes add eno salt and little water, mix it lightly. Handvo batter is ready. Take a nonstick tadka pan put little oil sesame seeds, mustard seeds and curry leaves. Now add 1 ladle full of batter.

Heat the tadka pan, cover and cook on low heat, till golden brown and crisp, then flip and cook another 2 minutes. Handvo is ready.

Handvo is ready to serve with Farali chutney.
