Take thin sevaiya in a pan. Add ghee and roast it till golden in colour on the medium flame. Then add milk maid and mix well. Turn off the flame after 2 minutes.

Other side put milk on the gas for boil on the medium flame. By the time milk boils, take 1/2 cup of milk in a bowl, add corn flour, custard powder, milk powder and vanilla essence and mix everything well and prepare the mixture. Now when the milk boil, pour this mixture in it and keep stirring and continuously stir the milk. When the milk thickens, add sugar to it and stir until the sugar water gets burnt.

Now add saffron milk to it and mix it well and when the mixture thickens, switch off the gas flame. Now put the sev in the mold and then pour the cornflour and custard mixture little by little on it.

Once the layer of custard is done, again put a layer of sev on top and press it a little.

Layer the custard again on it. Now line some sev all around and garnish with dry rose petals and dry fruits in between. Put it in the fridge and serve When it cools down.
