Soak the Drumstick leaves in water for 30 minutes with a pinch of salt. To an other bowl add 5 tsp moong dal and soak it for 10 minutes. Once the soaked procedure done Boil the moong dal for 5 minutes.

To a pan add all the spices, then add Curry leaves, finely chopped onions and fry till it's golden brown. Now add turmeric powder and chilli powder. Five it a mix. Add the soaked drumstik leaves by draining the water completely. Give it a quick mix and add the boiled moong dal.

Add the salt as per taste and Close the lid for 20 minutes in medium flame. Check in between by mixing the blessed dish. Off the flame and add 3 tsp grated coconut and 1 tsp lime juice. Serve this hot dish with hot saaru to yourself and your loved ones.😍
