Pork Trotter Soup with Soybeans

Cooking Instructions

Soak the soybeans for 2 hours. Blanch the pork trotter in boiling water to remove impurities.

Rinse the blanched pork trotter with warm water and set aside.

In a pot, add enough water, then add the pork trotter, soybeans, ginger slices, and cooking wine. Bring to a boil, then simmer on low heat for 1.5 hours.

Once the pork trotter is tender and the soybeans are soft, season with salt to taste.
