  • 5-6small green mangoes
  • 1 tablespoondried shrimp
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fermented fish sauce (pla ra)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
  • 5 dried chilies
  • 1 head garlic

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash the green mangoes thoroughly, slice them into thin rounds, and soak in cold water.

    Roughly pound the dried chilies and garlic, then add fish sauce, coconut sugar, fermented fish sauce, and dried shrimp.

    Pound everything together until well mixed. Serve immediately.
