Wilted Spinach
Cooking Instructions

In a large pan add bacon drippings, vinegar, lemon juice, sugar and salt. Stir until hot and sugar is dissolved, add garlic, onions and spinach. Stir until spinach is coated and leaves wilted. (2-3 minutes).

Place in salad bowl and serve. Add chopped egg if desired.
