Cooking Instructions

First take gram flour and mix it with salt,ajwain seeds,alkaline salt,hot oil and asafoetida powder.

Mix it well there should be no lumps in the mixture.

Now add water gradually.And make a dough of medium consistency.

Give it rest for 5 to 8 mins.Now make gathiya out of dough with help of machine(jaro).Deep fry the gathiya for 1 min.

Gathiya are ready to serve you can have it with chillies,tea,and mango salad.
