This is a very good dish to bit with heat .In this summer season Watermelon is easley available in market ,we tend to eat the red juicy part of it and throw the rind ,but rind is also very nutritional, so do try this delicious recipe.

First wash rice and all dal 2 - 3 times and soak for 4 hours.

Take the watermelon rind and peel off the skin and cut into small pieces.

Now remove the excess water and transfer rice and dals to a mixer jar, add salt and cumin seeds and grind it,then add pieces of rind and grind to a fine texture.

Now heat a tawa,sprinkle water and wipe with tissue paper, then apply oil,and spread the dosa batter and cover it,then flip and cook from other side.

Now let's prepare rind chutney. Take watermelon rind, remove it's skin and grate it, cut the raw mango into pieces.

In a mixer jar add grated watermelon rind, raw mango pieces salt,cumin seeds, green chillies, fresh coriander leaves. and grind it.

Now add peanuts and grind it,now add jaggery and grind to a fine texture.

Now heat a tadka pan,add oil,then mustard seeds, as they splutter add cumin seeds, lastly add asafoetida, and put this tadka to chutney.

Serve watermelon rind dosa and watermelon rind chutney.
