Ingredients

Serves 6 servings
  • 2 1/3 cupspie dough (about 300 grams; see the recipe on my profile)
  • 5 1/4 ozdark chocolate (about 150 grams)
  • 2/3 cupheavy cream (about 150 grams)
  • 1/3 cuppowdered sugar (about 45 grams)
  • 1egg
  • 1pear, diced
  • as needed, crushed cookies

  1. 1

    Roll out the pie dough to a thickness of about 1/8 inch (3-4 mm).

  2. 2

    Line the tart pan with the dough.

  3. 3

    Heat the heavy cream and powdered sugar.

  4. 4

    Add the chocolate and let it melt.

  5. 5

    Then add the egg. Sprinkle crushed cookies on the bottom to help keep the chocolate from soaking into the crust.

  6. 6

    Add the diced pears, then pour the chocolate mixture inside.

  7. 7

    Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 15 minutes.
