Roll out the pie dough to a thickness of about 1/8 inch (3-4 mm).

Line the tart pan with the dough.

Heat the heavy cream and powdered sugar.

Add the chocolate and let it melt.

Then add the egg. Sprinkle crushed cookies on the bottom to help keep the chocolate from soaking into the crust.

Add the diced pears, then pour the chocolate mixture inside.

Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 15 minutes.
