This is my own creation! I tried combining coconut, mango, and semolina (sooji) for the first time, and the taste turned out amazing. So, I came up with this new recipe!

This is my own creation! I tried combining coconut, mango, and semolina (sooji) for the first time, and the taste turned out amazing. So, I came up with this new recipe!

First, set all the ingredients aside. Heat a kadhai, add sooji and ghee, and roast it on low heat for 2–3 minutes.

Next, add desiccated coconut to the kadhai and roast it for 2 minutes, stirring continuously to prevent burning. Then, mix the roasted sooji and coconut thoroughly, stirring for an additional minute to combine the flavors.

In a separate pan combine sugar mango pulp and 2 tablespoons water,heat the mixture over medium heat stirring constantly until the sugar dissolves.once the syrup reaches this consistency add coconut and sooji,mix thoroughly to all ingredients are well combined.

Once a manageable temperature divide in to small equal portions with greased hand roll each portion into a round laddu shape garnish each laddu by pressing a piece of dryfruits on top. Let the laddu cool completely to set then serve and enjoy your homemade Eid special mango coconut Laddu.
