Quick and easy recipe with vegetables and meat. Sorry if I missed anything—I'm new to cooking and appreciate any advice!

Wash and chop the vegetables well.

In a pot, add a little oil and finely chopped onion. Sauté until the onion is translucent.

Add the ground meat and cook, stirring, until it turns brown.

Add the chopped vegetables and stir to combine. Check the doneness as you cook.

Blend the tomatoes, a piece of onion, and a small clove of garlic with 1 cup of water.

Add the blended tomato mixture, seasoning, and a little salt. Mix everything together.

Once it starts to boil, add another cup of water.

Let it boil a little longer, checking the flavor and if the vegetables are cooked. If needed, let it simmer over medium heat until done.
