We love BBQ and this simple recipe transforms a cheap and easy cut of chicken to an amazing feast, Enjoy :P

Cut the Chicken into bite size pcs - you want to cook quickly and evenly. Put into a bowl.

Grate the Onion and Garlic - you need to grate and use a food processor to blitz it then using a sieve get all the juice out into another bowl - you want only the liquid - I use the solids in another recipe so nothing is wasted. (do NOT be tempted to miss this step - using just the liquid makes an amazing differnce)

All all the other ingredients and mix well then add the chicken and combine - I use my hands which is a little messy but coats the chicken perfectly. Cover with Cling Film and put in Fridge for at least 4 hours or over night if possible.

Light the BBQ or heat your grill. Put the Chicken onto Skewers - if using wood ones rememeber to soak in water for 30 mins first. The Cook turning often untl lightly chard on the outside and cooked all the way - mine took 12 mins.

I wrap in foil and leave for 3-5 mins then serve with a spicy dip or Yougurt and dill with my home made Pitas or Turkish bread (bazlama) - see other recipe :) - ENJOY :P
