  • 1 cupWhole ragi seeds
  • Salt - to taste
  • 1/4 tspCumin seeds
  • 2Chopped green chilli
  • 1 medium sizeChopped onion
  • 2 tbspFinely chopped carrot
  • 2 tbspFinely chopped cabbage
  • 2 tbspFinely chopped french beans
  • 1 tbspCoriander leaves leaves
  • 4 tbspOil -

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak ragi seeds over night rinse from fresh water and blend into the blender.

    Make a smooth batter.
    Batter is not so thick add onion,green chilli,cumin seeds,cabbage,french beans,saltand carrot and mix it well.

    Heat non-stick pan to very hot.
    Sprinkle some oil till it sizzles and quickly pour a large spoon of batter on it and cover it.
    Flip when done on one side.

    Serve hot.
