This fruit cake is made with avocado and either navel orange or regular orange (since I couldn't find regular orange here). It's extremely simple, quick to make, and nutritious—perfect for anyone on a diet, as it contains no added sugar.

Juice the orange to get fresh orange juice. Cut the avocados into pieces and add them to a blender with all the other ingredients except the butter.

Finally, add the butter and blend everything until smooth and liquid. Pour the mixture into a mixing bowl.

Mix the flour and baking powder together, then gradually sprinkle them into the avocado mixture, stirring well. Pour the batter into a baking pan greased with oil. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Remove the cake from the pan. This cake is soft and can be enjoyed warm or cold.
