Okra soup is so enjoyable especially when you combine it with Ugba(locust bean). You'll want to eat it over and over again.
Steps

Wash and cut your okra and set aside.

Wash and cut your ugu leaves.(It shouldn't be too much less it overshadows the okra and prevents it from drawing)

Season your chicken, kpomo, beef, fish using seasoning cubes, pepper, crayfish, salt and crayfish and leave it to cook till it's tender.

Set a clean dry pot on heat and pour in your red oil (It shouldn't be bleached). Saute your onions and pour in your Okra and keep stirring till it starts drawing.

Add your Ugba to the okra and stir. Your okra shouldn't be overcooked but crunchy... Pour in your already grinded okpei and leave to cook.

Pour in your meat stock and stir. Leave to cook for few minutes and put in your ugu.

Stir and leave to cook for 2-3 minutes so the ugu doesn't get overcooked

Turn off the heat. Soup is ready. Serve with any swallow of your choice.
