Wash, core and chop the red chillies. Now grind the chopped chillies in a mixer and make a paste. Then take the paste in a pan and add sugar as per the quantity of chillies, add salt as per taste and cover the pan with a white cloth. Keep it in a pan for 3/4 days and when the sugar becomes uniform and becomes as thick as jam, add cumin seeds to it and mix well and fill it in a glass jar and serve it as a snack or any other snack. It will taste very good with parathas, bhakris and all.
