Cut the chicken breasts into small cubes.

Finely mince and crush the garlic cloves, then add to the chicken.

Squeeze the lemon juice directly over the chicken and mix with your hands, adding the seasonings (salt, garlic, mustard, etc.).

Let it marinate for 30 minutes, then start preparing the rice.

Pour enough oil into a pot to cover the bottom and heat it up.

Add the rice and stir until lightly browned, being careful not to burn it. Then add the previously boiled water and continue stirring.

Place the seasoned chicken in a pot with hot oil, stir well, and cook for about 30 minutes (the chicken will release water; wait until the water evaporates and the chicken is dry).

Check the rice; if the water evaporates before it's done, add another cup of water and let it continue cooking.

Return to the chicken, add the mustard, ketchup, heavy cream, and ricotta. Mix for a few minutes, then let cool.
