  • 1 handfulpudina leaves
  • 1/2 cupchilled milk
  • 1/2 cupchilled water
  • 1 tbspchia seeds

    First add soaked peanuts, pudina leaves, dates & chia seeds in the mixi jar

    Then add water and blend till smooth paste then add milk & again blend
