Assemble ingredients

Break Eggs in a mixing bowl, add salt + milk + green chilli + Sooji and whisk well. Keep rest for 15 minutes.

Now add chopped veggies to the Egg mixture and mix well. It requires a thick yet pouring consistency batter. So add little milk or water as per requirement.

Heat pan, add Oil or Butter, allow to melt, pour the batter and spread evenly. Evenly spread the veggies nicely.

Cover and cook for 7-8 minutes under low flame. Flip and cook the other side too till golden brown.

Pancake is done. Allow to cool and then Cut into pieces and serve.
