Ingredients

two bowl
  • 6-7kokum or 4 tablespoon kokam agal
  • 4-5garlic cloves
  • 5-6small Ginger pieces
  • 1 tablespoonjaggery
  • Half teaspoon rock salt
  • 1 table spoonoil
  • Half teaspoon mustard seeds
  • Half teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 5-6curry leaves
  • 1 tablespoonchopped coriander

  1. 1

    First of all take all ingredients on one platform now make cut tadka with the help of mustard seeds and cumin seeds then add curry leaves in it.

    Now add chopped garlic and Ginger pieces and also and chopped chillies now make low flame and add kokam water in it now add remaining ingredients like jaggery salt and coriander

    Give them boil for atlist 4 to 5 minutes your kokum rasam is ready to serve. It is usually used in your dinner or lunch with whole meal. It is very useful in digestion.
