Normally I like to make tindora with green chillies and minimum ingredients or sometimes with potato. I tried to take suggestions for this vegetable and created with peanut masala.

Normally I like to make tindora with green chillies and minimum ingredients or sometimes with potato. I tried to take suggestions for this vegetable and created with peanut masala.

Collect all ingredients together except tindora. Grind it well. Take a pan. Add oil. Once oil is hot, add Asafoetida and washed Tindora.

Cover and cook for around 10 minutes on low flame. Open the lid, once it is cooked, add grounded masala and mix it well. Continue to cook on low flame for another 5 minutes. Serve hot with roti.
