Wash and chop tindora into fingers. Also chop 1 potato. Ready all the masala ingredients.

In oil add rai. When it splitters add in hing. Add in the chopped tindora and potato. Add in salt.

Mix well. Sprinkle 3 tbsp water and mix.Cover and cook for 5-7 minutes. Stir in between. Meanwhile, prepare the masala. Crush peanuts on pulse mode coarsely. Add in til and all dry masalas and crush a bit.

Lastly add in dessicated coconut and crush to mix all masala ingredients well. Transfer masala to a bowl.

Check the sabzi. When 80% done add in grated tomato in the centre and cook the tomatoes for 2 minutes. Then mix well.

Now add in the prepared masala. Cover for a minute and mix. A delicious tindora sabzi is ready. Lastly, mix in coriander.
