To make Tindora raita, take a bowl of curd and mash it with a spoon. Then cut the Tindora into small pieces and if desired, chop the green grapes into small pieces. Now add mustard seeds to the curd and let it sit for a while.

Then add the chopped Tindora and grapes and add one table spoon sugar, half teaspoon red chili powder, half teaspoon coriander powder, one teaspoon chaat masala and mix everything well. Garnish with sev and coriander and serve.
