Wood Apple / Bael Panna
Steps

Assemble ingredients, break Wood Apple.

Scoop out the pulp through the help of spoon or knife.

Soak pulp in water for 1 hour. Then mash properly to get pulp and strain to discard seeds, fibre, etc.

Now add sugar + Curd to pulp and mix well. More Curd or water can be added as per desired consistency.

Transfer to serving glass and it is ready to serve. Garnish with Mint leaves and serve.
