Pour the panna cotta mix into a saucepan. Slowly add the milk and whisk well. Set aside a few tablespoons of heavy cream in a glass, and add the rest to the saucepan with the milk. Whisk again to prevent lumps.

Dissolve the saffron in the cream set aside in the glass.

Bring the saucepan to a boil over the stove, then add the saffron cream.

Bring to a boil and let simmer on low heat for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.

Remove the saucepan from the heat and pour the panna cotta into the molds. Let cool for 1 hour at room temperature, then refrigerate for 2 hours.

Before serving, dip the molds in hot water for a couple of minutes. Invert the dessert onto a small plate and garnish with a halved raspberry and a dusting of powdered sugar.
