Microwave Mango Halwa

Grease a tin with oil, sprinkle pistachios and saffron, and set aside.

In a microwave-safe bowl, mix custard powder, water, and mango pulp. Add 1 tablespoon ghee and stir.

Microwave for 6 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes.

Add pistachios, saffron, cardamom, and 1 tablespoon ghee. Stir well.

Microwave for another 8 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes.

Add 1 teaspoon ghee, mix well, and transfer to a greased tray to set.

Refrigerate for 30 minutes, then flip onto a board and cut into desired shapes.
Tips
For a richer flavor, you can add more ghee or top with additional nuts before serving.
