Maharashtra (Vada Pav)
Steps

Take a bowl. Add gram flour, rice flour, salt, baking soda, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and asafodieta. Mix everything well. Add water and make a smooth batter. Take boil potatoes peel off and mashed it.

Add salt, sugar and lemon juice. Take a pan add oil, asafodieta, mustard seeds, turmeric powder, urad dal, coriander seeds, fennel seeds, green chilli, ginger, garlic, curry leaves, and coriander. Mix everything well and saute it.

Take mashed potatoes and make equal lemon size balls. Keep aside.

Take a kadhai add oil. Let it heat. Pour potato balls into the batter and coat it. Fry it on a medium flame. Fry it on both sides. Take it out in a plate. In a same kadhai fry green chilli. Take it out in a plate.

Take pav and cut a slit in the middle of the pav. Apply green chutney, tamarind chutney, and garlic dry masala. Add fried vada and fried green chilli. Cover it. Vada Pav is ready now and enjoy......😋😋
