Steps

Take a big bowl.Add besan curd all spices oil.mix well.add water kneed a semi soft dough.make small rolls of dough like pic.

Boil rolls in water for 10 minutes.Cool it.Cut into small peices of rolls like gatte.keep aside.

Make puree of tomato onion ginger green chili.

Heat a kadhai.Add oil hing cumin seeds.add tomato onion puree.fry it.Add all spices & curd.Cook till release oil the eadge of kadhai.

Add besan gatte & water as required.cook for 5 minutes.Garnish coriender.

Transfere into bowl.Serve hot Rajsthani Gatte ki sabzi with roti & paratha.
