Separate the egg yolk and egg white. Beat the yolk and pour it into a pan, cooking both sides until set but not overcooked to keep the color bright. Use a star-shaped cutter to cut out a yellow star. If you don't have a cutter, you can use a toy star or cut it out with scissors.

Cook the egg white in the pan, then place it inside the baguette. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

In a small square or rectangular bowl, mix chili sauce and ketchup. Place the yellow star on top. Arrange on a plate and garnish with cilantro (or celery if you don't have cilantro).
