Gatte ki Sabzi

Take a bowl. Add besan, curd, oil, garam masala, turmeric powder, asafoetida, cumin seeds, coriander leaves and salt. Mix it and make dough. Add water if required.

Now roll the dough in cylindrical shape and flatten the sides with the help of hand. Now cook these rolls in boiled water. And after cooking cut the rolls into round shape called gatte.

Now take mixer. Add chopped tomato, garlic cloves and green chilli pieces and blend smooth.

Take a bowl. Add curd, garam masala, red chilli powder, dry coconut powder, turmeric powder, asafoetida and salt. Mix it well.

Now take a kadai. Add oil. When oil gets heated add tomato puree and saute. Then add curd mixture to it and mix well. Now add water and bring to boil.

Now add ready gatte to the gravy. Boil it. Add coriander leaves and mix well. Serve hot with roti.
