Cut and discard both ends tips of french beans. Now, chop in small pieces.

Take a pan, add 1/2 tsp oil, and saute chopped French beans for 2 minutes. Add sugar, salt, and pinch of soda. Stir well. This process helps to maintain the green color of veggies. Transfer in a plate.

In the same pan, add oil, mustard seeds sputtered, add chopped onion, saute it till transparent. Add garlic, ginger, and chili, saute it. Now add chopped tomatoes and potato dices. Mix well.

Add frenchbeans, combine all veggies. Add water as required. Cover a lid, and cook it for 5 minutes. Check it, stir it. It would be half cooked. Now add turmeric, red chili powder, jeera coriander powder, and garam masala. Mix well. Cover a lid. If required, add water. Cook for 5 more minutes.

Now it's ready. Add coconut and coarsely crushed peanuts. Mix well. Sprinkle chopped coriander and white sesame seeds. It's ready to serve. Enjoy it with roti, phulka, plain paratha, and rice.
