Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsRice
  2. 1/3, finely chopped Onion
  3. 1, finely chopped Bell pepper
  4. 1small, finely chopped Carrot
  5. to taste, dissolved in water to make 2 cups Consommé granules
  6. 200 gPeeled shrimp
  7. 20 gButter
  8. to taste Pepper
  9. for garnish Chopped parsley

  1. 1

    Soak rice in water for 30 minutes, then drain.

    Finely chop onion, bell pepper, and carrot.

    Dissolve consommé granules in water to make 2 cups of stock.

    Mix rice, onion, bell pepper, and carrot in a rice cooker. Add consommé stock.

    Place shrimp on top, add pepper, and start the rice cooker.

    Once cooked, add butter, melt, and mix well.

    Garnish with chopped parsley.
