Dissolve consommé granules in water to make 2 cups of stock.

Mix rice, onion, bell pepper, and carrot in a rice cooker. Add consommé stock.

Place shrimp on top, add pepper, and start the rice cooker.

Once cooked, add butter, melt, and mix well.

Garnish with chopped parsley.
