Ingredients

30 mins

6 servings

250 grDark Compound Chocolate (8.5oz)
110 grButter or margarine (1/2 C)
110 grcaster sugar (1/2 C)
2large eggs around 4.6 oz (130gr)
60 grall purpose flour (1/2 C)

Steps

Double boil chocolate and butter over low heat. Add in sugar, mix well using a wooden spoon. Let slightly cool.

Add in eggs, one at a time, mix well.

Add flour, mix really well until smooth and not lumpy.

Pour in a brownie loaf covered with aluminum foil.

Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (160°C) for 20 minutes.

Keep in the fridge overnight for best brownie eating experience!!!
