Khandeshi special Shev bhaji

In a kadai add 1 tsp oil and roast dry coconut, onion, and tomato, let it cool. In a mixer grinder add ginger, garlic and above roasted mixture, add coriander leaves and grind it together.

Put the kadai on the gas, add oil, add mustard seeds, jeera, Turmeric powder, now add grinded mixture fry in the oil, cook this for 2 to 3 min. Now add kanda lasun chtani, red chilli powder, now add 1 glass of warm water and cook this for 5 min.

Now in the serving bowl add shev, then above amti, and raw onion and serve it with pav or roti.it's amezing in taste
