Preheat your Air fryer at 200 degrees for 5 min.Roast chana for 6-7 min to remove moisture.(You can roast.it in karahi also)Let it cool.Give it a shake in between.

Heat jaggery powder in a heavy bottom karahi,add 3 tbsp water,ghee and cook on medium heat.Take a thali grease it with ghee and keep aside.To check the consistency of the jaggery syrup - Take water in a bowl,drop a jaggery syrup in it, it should be crispy when we break by our fingers.If it is soft then it means you have to cook it for some more time.

Add bhuna chana and mix it quickly.Switch off the gas stove.

Pour it on the greased thali and with the help of a greased rolling pin/ belan roll it like patti.Leave it for an hour and then serve. Everyone will like it.
